Check-in time is at 2pm and Check-Out time is before 12noon.

Maximum occupancy per night

• 1 Bedroom Residence - 3 adults (extra bed compulsory) or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old.
• 2 Bedroom Residence - 5 adults (extra bed compulsory) + 1 child or 4 adults & 2 children under 12 years old.

Children policy

Children 0 - 4 years of age sharing room with parents stay for free and entitled to free breakfast. Children 5 - 12 years of age will be receive 50% discount for extra bed and breakfast. Children over 12 years old will be charged in full.

Breakfast Inclusive Policy

If breakfast is included in your room rate, please note that the number of complimentary breakfast accorded per room per day are based on the following:
• 1-Bedroom Residence - breakfast for 2 persons
• 2-Bedroom Residence - breakfast for 4 persons

Reservations:

• We accept reservations commencing on any day of the week.
• All payment will be done via Bank transfer or by credit card (credit card information can also be communicated via phone or fax).
• We accept American Express, Visa and Master Card.
• All instructions and access information will be delivered to you by e-mail within 30 days prior to your arrival.
• Minimum night stay requirements may apply.
• Each villa or apartment has a maximum number of guests. Exceeding this limit will subject your reservation to immediate termination without refund or at the absolute discretion of Rawaiya Management an additional charge will be deducted from your credit card or damage deposit.
• Pets, smoking (unless otherwise indicated) hazardous materials or any illegal or immoral activities are strictly prohibited. Evidence of any breach of this term result in loss of your damage deposit and eviction.
• Prior to booking, all prices are subject to change without notice.
• Refunds are not provided due to delayed arrivals.
• The minimum age to make reservation is 21 years old.

Booking Policy:
• 50% deposit upon reservation.
• 50% 15 days prior to check in.

Refund Policy:
• 75% if 30 days or more prior to check in.
• 50% if between15 - 30 days prior to check in.
• No refund if less that 15 days prior to check in.
